Owners of flats in these blocks are responsible for paying their share towards repairs and maintenance of common areas.
We will be in touch at the start of phase one for your block with information about how the works will affect you and what you need to do. In the meantime you can , who is responsible and help and advice for owners.
The Council represents council owned flats in the blocks and funds their share of the costs.
