Timescales and updates
We are keeping residents updated via newsletters (look out for them in the post or look at previous ones online) and events. We will also keep this webpage up-to-date with the latest information.
- 2022
- surveyed both Oxcars Court and Inchmickery Court
- commissioned the design and upgrade of both blocks
- 2022 - 2024:
- created designs and plans for improvements
- spoken and met with residents to get their feedback and ideas
- received planning permission
- signed pre-construction service agreement with the main contractor for the project Morgan Sindall
- 2025
- final stages of design for both blocks
- tenders put out for contractors to provide quotes to do the work
- trial the work in two empty properties in Inchmickery court to test the designs
- construction work to begin on Inchmickery Court in late 2025 (tbc)
- 2027
- work to finish at Inchmickery Court (tbc)
Dates for work to start at Oxcar Court are still to be confirmed and we'll update residents once we have more information.
